What information do we collect?
ArkOmega ABN 15 911 918 963 ("Scolyn Discretionary Trust") collects information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. When subscribing or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To provide you with periodic information including product updates and newsletters or service information etc.
- To improve our website
- To send periodic emails about approved health events in your local area.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions in each email.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We only use your personal information to serve you. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
Postage and Handling
ArkOmega delivers worldwide & across Australia. We deliver to any address - including PO Boxes.
Please Note: Delivery is between Monday and Friday. It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that someone is able to receive the ordered items at the specified delivery address.
Items ordered will not be delivered until fund transfers have been confirmed. By purchasing from ArkOmega, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of purchase.
If the item you ordered is in stock, we will ship your order within 2 business days after fund transfers have been confirmed. If stock is not available your order will be dispatched within 7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the chosen delivery service.
Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact ArkOmega on 07 5462 8770 within 2 days of delivery. DO NOT throw the item away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item). Upon authorisation from a Customer Care representative, you will be given a reply paid address to return your product to.
If a refund is approved, buyers will be asked to supply their bank details as follows: Bank Name, Bank Account Name, Bank BSB Number and Bank Account Number.
